We spent our first evening in Bhutan visiting Paro market! We all bought gho and kira, the local Bhutanese attire and went around the marked dressed like locals. We then had a delicious dinner at the famous Sonam Trophel, where we had the treat of tasting some of the local dishes popular in Bhutan.

It has been several long hours, or rather days, of traveling and now look forward to some much needed sleep and rest before we begin our in-country orientation tomorrow!
